1961年生まれ。元茨城サーフィンユニオン会長。
茨城県内のサーフショップ等関連団体のまとめ役を務め、サーフィンの普及活動に携わる。自らもサーフショップ CLUB-Jのオーナーとして、サーフィンスクール開催など、多くの人たちにサーフィンを身近に感じ、楽しんでもらうための取り組みを行っている。
